#Information we collect
We collect the information you give us through the forms on this website.
Candidate forms (Get Started): your name, email address, phone number, city and state, target role, years of experience, skills, highest education level, LinkedIn profile link, the employment types and work arrangements you are open to, preferred work locations, your earliest start date, the help you are looking for, the plan you are interested in, and a resume if you choose to upload one.
Employer forms (Submit a Role): your name, company name, business email, phone number, job title, number of positions, required skills, experience level, location, work arrangement, engagement type, hiring timeline, budget range if you provide one, any additional details, and a job description file if you choose to upload one.
Contact form: your name, company if you provide one, email address, phone number if you provide one, the type of inquiry, and your message.
We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, passport or immigration documents, photographs, gender, or nationality. Work authorization is an optional question and no documents are requested.
We also record the time each submission reaches us, so requests can be answered in order and our records stay accurate.
#How we use information
We use the information you give us to:
- Review your profile or request and decide whether to move forward.
- Match candidates to roles and share relevant profiles with employers when you have given permission.
- Run the consultation and the weekly updates described on this site.
- Answer the questions you send us and keep a record of the conversation.
- Improve our services and keep the website working properly.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to advertise products or services unrelated to recruiting and career support.
#Sharing with employers
We share your information with employers only when it is needed for a specific opportunity and you have authorized it. Before your resume or profile goes to a company, we ask for your permission.
We may also share information with service providers that host this website, store submissions, and help us deliver updates. They handle information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We may disclose information when we are required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Syncra, our users, or the public.
#Data retention
We keep your information for as long as we are working with you, and for a reasonable time afterward so we can consider you for future roles.
When you ask us to stop considering you, we remove your profile from active consideration and delete your information unless we are required to keep a record by law or for a legitimate business purpose such as resolving a dispute.
#Your choices and rights
You can contact us at any time to:
- See the information we hold about you.
- Correct anything that is wrong or out of date.
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw permission for future submissions or stop being considered for roles.
- Ask us not to contact you.
Requests are handled at no cost. We may need to confirm who you are before making a change, and some records may be kept where the law requires it.
#Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you send us, and access is limited to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send highly sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, passport numbers, financial account details, or medical records through our forms.
#Children
This website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will remove it.
#Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and material changes are posted here before they take effect.
