Airbnb is seeking a Staff, Advanced Analytics, to support our Host Incentives team. This individual will play a pivotal role in supporting strategic business and product initiatives through detailed data analysis, experimentation, statistical modeling, and the development of reporting tools and metrics. The individual will be instrumental in building and scaling an efficient, effective incentive program for our hosts.

A Typical Day

• Own the measurement strategy for host incentives end to end, and drive the roadmap with limited direction.

• Set the analytical standard for how host incentive programs are evaluated and act as the senior thought partner to Operations, Data Science, Finance, and Produc
