• Design, build, and operate scalable distributed systems that power the Databricks platform

• Take ownership of complex technical projects from design through delivery and production operation

• Drive technical decisions within your team and contribute to architectural direction

• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and reliability issues proactively

• Mentor engineers and elevate team engineering practices

What We Look For

• 5+ years of software engineering experience

• Experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production environments
