Compensation Specialist, Executive

We’re hiring a Compensation Specialist to join the compensation team as we continue to grow! Compensation at Datadog is a data-driven team dedicated to constantly improving the way we hire, develop, and support our most valuable asset: our people.

In this role, you will support core compensation programs while developing particular expertise in executive compensation, compensation planning for new-market entry, and mergers and acquisitions. You will partner with stakeholders across the People team, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, and other business functions to analyze complex compensation questions and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers including PBPs, People Leadership, and other Senior Leadership at Datadog

• Support the design, administration, and governance of executive compensation programs, including executive benchmarking and compensation-related materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee
