We operate across the full funnel - from awareness and acquisition through activation, retention, and expansion - using a combination of global performance marketing, AI-powered workflows, in-product optimization, insights, experimentation, and creative engineering. About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing to lead global paid media and investment allocation across products, audiences, and markets. You will build a global team, partnering closely with product, engineering, data science, and creative to build durable user and revenue growth strategies. Incrementality and marginal returns will guide your investment framework, delivering growth within clear economic guardrails.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You will bring expert campaign and measurement judgment while rethinking how performance marketing operates with AI, automation, and agents. You will both need to IC and build a team already operating at massive scale. Working across technical, product, creative, and finance teams, you will build systems that turn experimentation into better execution and sustained growth.
