About the Role

We are hiring a Sourcing Manager to keep vendor and partnership workflows moving from intake through onboarding, review and approval. You will coordinate a portfolio of agreed sourcing requests across multiple OpenAI product areas, bringing structure, accuracy and dependable follow-through.

You will work with senior sourcing owners and cross-functional partners. Senior owners retain responsibility for strategic supplier selection, negotiations and sensitive commercial or data-rights decisions.

In this role, you will

• Run high-velocity, mid-complexity deals end-to-end: from vendor strategy and RFPs through negotiation, security review, contracting, and go-live.

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, collect required documents and track dependencies through completion.

• Drive approval follow-through with Legal, Security, Privacy, Finance and other reviewers.
