We’re assembling a collaborative team of individuals to drive Reddit Ads product adoption within our Global Sales organization and with advertisers. The Product Adoption team’s mission is to accelerate and scale the adoption of priority products and features to drive advertiser success and revenue growth. Product Adoption team members are Reddit ads product evangelists and experts, and we are looking for our next team member to help us innovate and scale across our SMB business.

In this role, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end SMB product adoption motion, from identifying high-potential account / agency opportunities to building scaled programs and shaping vertical strategy. You will inherit an established operational foundation and help evolve the role into a more proactive, sales-focused motion that drives greater visibility, adoption, and revenue impact across the SMB segment.
