The PeopleX Transformation & Operations team is reinventing how People services are delivered at Robinhood. We’re moving HR Operations beyond transactional processing to full ownership of the employee lifecycle, using AI and automation to deliver consumer-grade experiences for every employee and manager! We work hand-in-hand with People COEs, People Systems, and Enterprise Technology to drive efficiency. We hold our employee experience to the same high bar Robinhood sets for its customers.
