About the team

The Sales Strategy & Operations team is responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization, partnering closely with the sales team and other teams across Stripe to drive highly strategic initiatives. This team is integral in the success of our sales organization. With a commitment to excellence and a deep understanding of the art and science of sales, our team is dedicated to informing the sales strategy, optimising processes, and providing insights that propel our sales growth.
