About the team

Stripe’s Tax Transfer Pricing team designs, implements, and defends the intercompany pricing policies that support Stripe’s global operating model, ensuring pricing between Stripe entities is compliant, defensible, and aligned with how the business creates value.

As Stripe expands its product portfolio and international footprint, our transfer pricing policies and documentation must evolve alongside the business. Transactions between Stripe affiliates are becoming increasingly complex and, in some cases, share characteristics with transactions commonly undertaken by financial services institutions.

These arrangements, including those supporting Stripe’s stablecoin-related activities, may also be subject to scrutiny from regulators that oversee the financial services sector.
